Struck price = regular. Red price = your first clean at 50% off. Recurring plans after that: weekly −15%, every two weeks −10%. Extra bathrooms $15 each; homes over 3,000 sq ft quoted by phone.

Who shows up
Rita Salinas started cleaning houses in Fairmount in 2015 with one car and a vacuum. Today it is Rita and four cleaners who have each been with her for at least two years. She still does first visits herself so she knows every home on the schedule.

How does 50% off work?
New clients only: your first cleaning of any type (standard, deep, move, office, post-construction) is half the regular price. It shows on the quote form and on your invoice; no code. Add-ons and travel fees are charged at the regular rate. One per household or business address.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients leave a key, a lockbox code or a garage code. We text when we arrive and when we leave.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes: vacuum, mop, microfiber, and the products for each surface. Fragrance-free or vinegar-based on request at no charge. Prefer your own products? Leave them out and tell us.
Who comes to my house?
Rita or one of four cleaners who have been with her at least two years. Background-checked, insured and bonded. On recurring plans you get the same person each time.
What if something is missed?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and fix it free. Still not right? We refund the visit. That is the whole policy.
