What we collect
When you request a quote or book we collect your name, phone number, email, service address, the job and home size, and any notes (pets, access codes). The website may also collect standard technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) through cookies and analytics, including Google Ads conversion tracking if enabled; see the Cookie Policy.
How we use it
- To quote, schedule, perform and confirm cleanings, and to send arrival and departure texts
- To keep a service checklist for your home so every visit is consistent
- To measure advertising performance in aggregate
- To send occasional offers only if you opt in; unsubscribe at any time
Access codes and keys
Codes and key locations are stored in a locked system visible only to the cleaner assigned to your home and to Rita. They are deleted when service ends.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Scheduling, messaging and payment providers process data on our instructions under confidentiality obligations.
Your rights
Request a copy, correction or deletion of your information by email. Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act; we honor them on request.
