How to cancel or move a visit, and our re-clean guarantee.

Cancel or reschedule
Free with 24 hours’ notice by text, phone or email. Inside 24 hours we charge 50% of the visit. If we arrive and cannot get in (lockout), the full visit is charged.
Re-clean guarantee
If anything on the checklist was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and fix it at no charge. If you are still not satisfied, we refund the visit.
Recurring plans
Skip a visit free with 24 hours’ notice. Pause or stop any time; no contract. Two skips in a row move the plan to the next pricing tier.
Refunds
Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The 50% new-client discount is not restored to cancelled visits; if unused, it stays available for your first completed clean.
