Quotes and bookings
A quote from the website is an estimate based on the information you provide. It becomes a booking when we confirm a day and time by text or phone. Prices are in US dollars, payable after the visit by card, cash or check; sales tax is added where required.
Pricing adjustments
Grid prices assume average conditions for the stated size. Homes over 3,000 sq ft, heavy soiling, biohazards or hoarding conditions are quoted separately, always before work begins.
Access and safety
You provide safe access and working utilities. Cleaners will not move furniture over 30 lb, climb above a two-step stool, or handle biohazards.
Damage and liability
We are insured and bonded. Report damage within 24 hours with a photo; we repair or replace at fair value. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, items not disclosed as fragile, or items left in areas being cleaned.
